Introduction

This policy sets out how we collect, process and hold your personal data if you visit our event ticket shop or otherwise provide personal data to us. We are Pour Choices Wine Fair Ltd, 27 Westcombe, 136 Dyke Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 3TG. We are the data controller of your personal data.

We collect, process, store and use personal data when you book a ticket or purchase products or services for an event. This includes your name, address, email address and payment information.

You do not need to provide personal data simply to view our ticket shop, although we may still collect the information described in the Data we automatically collect section below.

Retention

If you receive marketing communications, we retain your data until you opt out.

If you book a ticket or contact us, we retain personal data for 6 months after the event or your enquiry, unless we are required to keep it longer for legal or accounting purposes.

Photography & Filming

Photography and video recording will take place at the event. We use this content for documentation, marketing and promotional purposes across our digital channels. We process this media on the basis of our legitimate interests in promoting and recording the event.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video taken in public areas. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please speak to a member of the Pour Choices team on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

General

This policy is governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update this policy from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the policy to remain aware of any changes. Continued use of our ticket shop after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
